I need your thoughts on 1950 m runs no smoke front tires are good rear tire have good tread but 4 inch cuts on inside side wall about 3 cuts steering is tight , needs paint, has 12 volt converson, needs wiring. in missouri, everything seems to be there. trans seems fine.
