Did the hydraulics work? Lowering the pump requires ready rods to screw in place of the bolts, allowing slow but controlled lowering. All elbows are removed, the top pipe fittings , and the control lever. Then the drive shaft (above/inside the plate on the bottom of the tractor) Pull the cotter pins and it comes out.
