I went to look at and buy a Stage 2 super H and found another on the way. What luck, I think. Any way I bought them both.
One looks to have a hydraulic spool?? valve. What is that? It's dramatically different than than other one that I think is stock. Is that an after market component or IH??
One also has a Fairbanks Morse magneto that has "Allis Chalmers" on it. These old farmers are creative. Both tractors came out of north central TX and the serial #'s are 408 apart.
Both have issues but start,run, and drive. I need to stop buying old Farmalls till I get my SC done, but I couldn't help myself. These particular SH's are few and far between around here.
I pitched the purchase of the 2nd tractor, to my wife, as hers so we could have a matching pair. She didn't buy it but did let me in the house:)
