Me again. Looking over the hydraulics, which, like much, I know nothing about. Went to drain the resevoir and got about a quart of clean looking fluid out. The manual says it should hold 6.75 pints, 8 if the pump & lines are also clear. Seems I saw a post here a while back (that I can't find now) about fluid leaking into the engine oil. Is that possible or am I dreaming? Must be at the pump. At the price of being redundant, can anybody shed some light on this? I might mention that my oil was not high at the upper testcock when I got it. Although she's suffering from overall grime, I don's see an obvious leak of that nature anywhere around the hydraulics. Sorry if this has been covered at length in the past. I'll pay attention this time!
