This carb came off of a good running 300 with the transmission blown out below both bull gears. I disassemble ,cleaned, and put back together and it runs great. The only other time it will blow black smoke is momentarily when going from idle to WOT.
I don't think it's running too rich BUT how do I tell and what do I do about it?
