Before you take it anywhere block the bottom and fill with vinegar and let set a few days then drain and flush and use forever. It wouldnt hurt to fill the block too with vinegar while the rad is soaking. When you drain the block when done look into the bottom of the block and make sure the holes are clear where the coolant comes down thru the block cause thatw where they get plugged you can clean with compressed air and pressure water hose. Those blocks will get plugged long before the radiator. Mite want to remove the lower outlet to help see that you do get the block clean as with a flashlite you can see the ports.
