Both the M and the H used 38" tires on 38" rims. There are many different width rims though. Usually, the H had 10" wide rims and and M had 12" wide rims. There were optional widths as well. The rims are interchangeable between the two. The HUBS (the cast iron center part) are NOT interchangable as the axles are different sizes.
