If no bolsters are available, as a last resort---use a center punch to make dimples around the worn seat where the bearing or race sit on. Then use red Loctite when assembling the package & allow to set up before using. If the nut is worn in the threads, get a new nut & tighten to where needed & then weld the nut to the spindle at 2 places. You can grind the welds off later if service is needed.
