I've had the Injector Pump off of my 806 with the manifold still on. Granted, Putting those lines on the back side of the pump is a pain, but it can be done without removing stuff. I've had to change the gaskets on the lines a few times, too. Not super easy, but doable. It kind of depends on how big your hands are, I guess. My hands are kind of big, and I did it. I'd go for it if I were you. -Andy
