I believe the 2 disk plow is an HM 147. A better picture of the front attachment would be helpful as part of it bolts to the axle housings, part underneath, I think. There is a picture of the A 147 in Wendels book, but the rod that steers the rear wheel goes to the right side of the A, not to the left side as the post shows. Wendel does not show a picture, nor is there a picture of the B version,so I am not ruling the B out. I suppose the HM 150 replaced the HM 147, it is a heavier duty and more complex plow. -- I put a lot of hours on a HM 150.
