I just noticed that they are both 2 disk plows, but I meant the one with the steel wheel. The only way that I can tell if it possibly fits a C or an H is to look at the front connections. I am speaking only for the HM 150 here because it is the only one I have seen "in person". The 147 is probably similar to the 150 in the way it attaches, but I don't know. The HM 150 pulls from underneath from a bracket attached to the torque tube. The lift arms, etc bolt to the axle housings. I assume the one for the C also attaches to the axle housings, but for some reason I don't think it pulled from underneath. Again, I have not seen your plows, so what I assume does not mean much.
