Price for a Dead 1206

I would like to make an offer for a Farmall 1206, which I know has not moved since 1988. I do not know why the tractor was parked, but it would make an interesting restoration. I would like to get some guesstimates as to a reasonable offer to avoid insulting the owner. The tractor has a cab, and is missing only one panel on the side of the hood.
