Hello all. It"s been a while since I have posted. I finished rebuilding my transmission...four new tapered roller bearings, replacement of the low/medium speed pinion, removal and repositioning of the oiler gear bushing. Just finished the application of the truck retread (Bandag) rubber to all four wheels. I also show an image of the tractor in its current rebuilding stage beside the "donor" tractor, acquired through eBay. I will have many parts to sell, trade, but hopefully not scrap, when I"m done. I need to use the radiator and engine from the donor tractor plus a few more of its parts. A couple of persons have expressed an interest in the remains, but I"m not sure how serious they are. The project is therefore coming along slowly but surely.
