Hi Rick, the obh in the serial # make it sound like it could be a model OS 4, if that is the case , then the 16499 in the serial # would designate it as a 1947 model os-4. The 04 series should have a casting # on the right side (sitting on the tractor) of the engine block that reads 6695D. Is this tractor on steel or rubber? Either way it sounds as if you have found a very collectable tractor. Would not be able to estimate the cash value, but the os-4 with all the original orchard sheetmetal is probably the most valuable of the 04 series tractors. Please let us know what you do!! Tom
