Were all Super A's 6v positive ground? I figure they were. It looks to have the original style generator and regulator, but the battery is hooked up neg ground. The starter turns and the lights work and the engine runs, but it does not charge the battery. With the tractor off, if i turn the lights on, the ammeter goes to charge not discharge like I would expect. Also, when I pull the ignition switch out, it goes slightly to charge instead of discharge. Is the battery hooked up wrong? I just got this tractor today, and the battery was that way. Im used to my 6v's being positive ground, so its kinda making me wonder.
