Both my owner's manual and the I&T shop manual only reference one mark on the flywheel with a DC above, and 1-4 below the mark, no reference to a second mark. I would get #1 piston coming up on compression, making sure it's the correct stroke and go by which dot is closest to the timing mark, and make note of it for future reference. Hopefully someone else can add more info on the second dot as I have not come across this yet. Hope this helps, at least a little bit.
