We;; if 5-3/8 that would make the rim a tad over 5.25 wide so a 6.50 tire will fit just fine and look correct also. You pretty much figure that a rim should be able an inch or so narrower then the tire it self and in theory a 6.50 tire is 6 and 1/2 inches wide so that rim at say 5.33 for lack of doing all the math to figure out the exact wight in decimals works fine
