I have taken apart the carb again the float was sticking. I took a match to the end and it doesn't seem to stick anymore. Little trick I learned working on snowmobiles. I Still cant start it unless its at low idle and no choke. It like the machine just flipped a switch. Last week it was running and starting fine now its a bear to get running. I have checked for spark and that seems strong. it still seems like a fuel issue. If you open the trottle it wont even try to fire unless you take all the air away. This is sure a puzzler. if you have any more ideas let me know.
