Either a Cub or a Super A will do fine. The Super A will do more and do it faster. I'd suggest whichever one you find that comes with most of the implements you want to have with it.
One thing to be aware of, changing out between the mower and other mounted equipment takes enough effort to take the fun out of it after a while. Don't plan on weekly mowings and using the tractor to cultivate the garden between mowings. If you are going to prep the garden with the tractor then switch it over to mowing duty, you will get along fine.
