Thanks for all the replys and great info. Sorry for my ignornance on the keyway issue. For some reaon I thought they were cast onto the shaft and not removeable. In any event, I removed the keyway, used electrical tape over the slot and wraped the saft with on layer of plastic Saran wrap. Worked like a charm. As for the larger bull gear seal, I bit the bullet and got the seal from the IH dealer. Actuially I used two per side and filled the second one with grease to keep it from drying out. Thanks for all the help! Greg
