Buck, First let me say I am sadden to lose another l.p.I think they are special! Having said that I believe you will be ok,just make sure your carb is good and you will have to retime it make sure your distibuter weights are free and advancing properly.Also need 1/4" plug on manifold just above carb. As for oil use good quality 30 wt. Just a thought, think how much more difficult and expenseve it would be to convert it to l.p.vs. gas assuming it has all the vintage ensign equipment, kinda puts the value of l.p.in perspective. My 2 cents worth. Tony
