If you are talking about where the belt pulley housing mounts to the transmission, there is a gasket there. If you are talking about the round flange that has the shaft seal and mounts to the belt pulley housing with three bolts, there is not a gasket there, only shims to adjust the gear lash. It's not a big deal to replace any of this, but you do need a bearing separator and a press to get the gear and bearings off the shaft so you can replace the seal. There is a shaft seal and a felt washer. I did this recently and got the parts from cngco.com. The seal package included a wear sleeve for the shaft. Since there is not a gasket to seal the pulley flange, you must have everything very clean when you reassemble to avoid leaks at the shims. Be sure to put the shims back like they were. I used a very light coating of spray on gasket sealer on the shims. No leaks so far.
