Drive the roll pin out the other side. Remove the ORC from the tractor. Take it apart by removing the internal clip. Drill the stripped hole out and tap it to 5/16 fine thread. Cut a bolt short so that it won't drag on the inner portion of the ORC. Reinstall the inner and outer portins, put it back on the tractor, install the new short bolt. Put a grease fitting on the other side, grease it and for get it for another 10 years.
