Best way would be to remove the radiator and take it to a radiator shop. But you might try some sort of sealer on the treads of the bolt before doing that. Silicone or some other type of gasket sealer would probably do the trick but do not use JB weld because it you ever had to remove the radiator for some reason you stand a good chance you would then be replacing it
