I recently hauled an MD on a tilt bed tandem axle trailer 500 miles. I pulled the trailer with my Chevy 2500 pickup. I think the rollback wrecker would work fine. Just make sure you have sufficient weight capacity. You should have at least 10,000 lbs of axle capacity and make sure you have it tied down tight with heavy chain and load binders. The trailer I used had mobile home axles. Next time I have a long way to go, I'll be using something else. I had a few tire problems. I wouldn't use anything less than a 3/4 ton pickup to tow an M on a trailer.
