It's worth scrap price. Should weigh about 5000 max. Figure that at $500. The other thing to remember is you will get docked for two big tires and two little tires when you take it in for scrap. You could probably take it down to $400-$450. Most good, running Hs have a tough time getting $1000. (WI values) If the tin is exceptional or if it has M&W parts or some other rare item it would certainly be worth buying. It is your call if you want to have $500 tied up in something you might use later. On the upside, they don't make more and the price shouldn't go any lower than that.
The lift all is not rare at all on the big letter series tractors. It is WAY more rare to see one without it.
