You most likely will have to take a short length of 2x4 about 18" long and jar it with a hammer after the two bolts are out. Lay the 2x4 up along side the block at an angle and you can catch the top side of the pump barely. There is not much room to rotate it. I had to spray mine with liquid wrench and whack the fire out of it. Took about three pieces of wood too! My engine was locked up. Only way I could figure without making some kind of puller comtraption.
