Austin, If knowbody comes up with an answer tonight, I know where I can look at a 154 tomorrow. I think the hydraulic pump is belt driven and suspect the belt is slipping because of the cold oil, but like I told you I'm not real famalier with the 154/185 mechanics. Harold H
