Cub Head Bolt Question

I posted earlier but had not received any response... In removing the spark plug cable bracket from the head, I realized it was attached by means of one of the head bolts. This became aparrent as coolant dribbled out of the hole. On seeing this, I immediately put the bolt back in and tighened it down. Have I caused any significant problem by now having coolant inside the bolt hole? Could any of this have gone elsewhere at the head gasket? All other bolts were tight.
