Appears to be a 550 plow which weren't designed to be reduced but can be with a little work. As far as the value, $2,000 is way too high, maybe $500 tops. Hard to tell by the pics but from what I can see that plow needs quite a bit of work. 3,4,& 5 coulters are shot, 1& 2 almost appear to be oversized, At least a couple od the moleboards are showing a lot of wear righht behind the shins. Share show a lot of wear, especially if they are "deep sucks". Probably more that doesn't show in the pics.
I ownd a 540 & a 560 back in the day. They weren't the best as far as getting heavy trash thru. WE use to have to shred our corn stalks to get them to go thru, sometimes had to disc as well.
Depending upon soil type & how deep you plow your 706 might pull a 5 bottom if it's a 14".
