ps. you did'nt hurt anything. Drain it out, rinse it out, and refill. Not sure if you ran it that way, but it wouldn't be the best for the O rings on the sleeves. And , if you did run it, likely that it boiled off.
In the end, flush it out and move on. Probably no harm at all.
