Look carefully around the outside of the bottom of the sleeves. It is very likely that you have an O-ring leaking. With O-rings it is not only how many hours on on the engine but also how many years since they have been changed.
Most likely you will have to remove the cylinder head and then if you are able, you can remove the sleeve and piston as an assembly. If the block and sleeve look good you could make a satisfactory repair with just replacing the O-rings.
