I have an arguement every summer with my kids. They insist on wearing a iPod while cutting grass. It impeads their hearing of what is going on with the machine, and it takes their mind off the task at hand. If you have to have music in your ears, then you aren't paying close attention and have no business running a dangerous piece of machinery. Ear protection is excluded from this rant.
