Hi,
I am seventeen years old and currently in the process of restoring a 1945 Farmall A with the Pneumatic Lift-All. The tractor runs great, but the lift hasn't been used in nearly 20+ years. I have replaced the leather seal and a few other assorted parts while rebuilding the control valve.
Does anyone have the valve which mounts on top of the manifold? The part number is 5064 E. I have looked through my usual routes, including a search of some salvage yards, and come up empty handed.
The valve originally on the tractor was usable before I began the restoration, but the two arches that attach the valve to the pin have broken off. There is not enough there to weld, but could an epoxy such as JB Weld hold the part together if I cannot find a replacement?
