I have an I-H loader on my 1066. I rebuilt it and
repainted it. I went to my I-H dealer to get decals for it. I was informed they were no longer available. However he explained that they themselves go to a print shop to have their decals made. They simply take the dimensions out of the parts book, tell the print shop what the colors should be and the shop puts them on a computer. They can be made any size you want etc: They are printed on the correct decal paper too. Three years later, mine still look great. So, perhaps this is an avenue to approach and good luck on your restoration.
