Farmall P12

I saw a Farmall displayed as a P12 at a show in Mt. Gilead, OH yesterday. What exactly is a P12? It looks like an F12 with small tires, 28" rears. The frame rails have been cut and a larger bell housing installed along with electric start. These are all owner modifications. The gas tank decal is P12, the serial number plate looks original and is P12 2484. That would make it a '33, I believe.
