You really don't want a B tank to use with an oxy-acet rig. That tank is for plumbers to use as a soldering torch with an air-acetylene torch. An air-acet torch does not use oxygen from a tank, but does use air drawn in through the torch head.
Go see a welding gas supplier and get the correct tank for your welding/cutting. Acetylene used incorrectly will easily put you on the Space Station.
