I don't have first hand experience, but I believe on some Farmall tractors it may depend on the cylinder head or valve clearance. You may try contacting www.agkits.com and have your engine block and head part numbers. The Super A could have any one of several different engines (C113, C-123 Early/Late, Distillate, gas & all fuel). Plus over the years, what you have may not be original.
With block & head part numbers and a source specializing in sleeve & piston sets, you should be able to get the answers you need.
It's best to be sure than to find out late that the head won't fit.
