RTR, those numbers are for corn plates. All the plates are 24 cell (that's what the "24" after the dash means. If you use these plates your planter has to have it's sprocket settings geared for 24 cells. Many old planters used 16 cell plates so take note. Refer to your owner's manual for the correct sprocket settings.
I do not think you have a real "good buy" at those prices, as plastic plates are plentiful. But if they are new then it's your money.
You do NOT need all those plate numbers. I am listing the plates in descending order of cell sizes. (There is no rhymm or reason to the numbers as they are not in descending order).

Do you have any plates that came with that planter? If so, are they 16 or 24 cell? (Count the cells around the perimeter).
