How are the sieves? Any fingers missing? How are they set? They should be set so that your fingers can just slide in between the sets of fingers. Make sure that there aren't any concave problems [holes or wires missing. The baffle behind the cylinder/concaves might cause trouble, but should be in place. How is the belt that drives the cleaning fan? How about a bad bearing on the cleaning fan? Take a look where the fan delivers air to the sieve area to make sure air flow isn't being blocked. As noted, check the shakers --both sides for good action. Bushings should be in good shape & carry the sieves without dragging.
