Hi LJS30, I did a head gasket on a BD-154 in a B- 414D several years. Not very difficult but require torque wrench and feeler gauges to set valve adjustment. Be sure to clean all the bits of the old gasket off the head and cylinder block. Inspect cylinder head and block for any indication of cracks or damage. Re-install, torque bolts in proper sequence, adjust valves and run engine until up to operating temp, re-torque bolts and re-adjust valves.
