I have an H with both rear wheels being liquid filled. They are extremely heavy. That being said, I was able to jack one side up, remove the rim and then reverse the hub. To reinstall, I lowered the hub just a bit and then slid the rim up on the hub. I then jacked the hub back up just enough to allow the rim to swing onto the hub and then tightened it all down. Worked great. Since I do not have any hoists I had to improvise. One thing you do not want to do is let a wheel get away from you. Keep it upright. If it starts to fall, get outta the way!! BTW, I am 6'3" and about 225 but two of me could not hold one wheel. Good luck and be careful.
