Thanks Pete23, I'm gonna pull the pump and disassemble the check valve and maybe even split the pumps and make sure what's goin on in there. Maybe before I drain everything I'll disconnect the return line again and see how the wheel turns with the line disconnected and also observe the flow rate while I turn it. So, looks like I have some work to do. Could be worse, it could be snowing! Tod.
