M Disc brake spring

I have an MD that has the optional disc brakes that IH offered. These brakes have a casting that is attached to the transmission case with 3 bolts. One of my brakes is missing the actuator spring that pushes the brakes back. This spring is inside the houseing. It is cone shaped 1 1/4" on one end, 1 7/8" on the other. It is 4 inches long when not compressed. It has 9 coils. Anybody know where I can find a spring. Without it, the brakes grab. IH dealer can't get it. Bates corp does not have it. Help!!
