Air intake leak is possible. Aim it down hill about 16 to 18 inches and put 20 psi in the reservoir. Cycle all components, and see if there is a bleeder screw on the top of the pump. Loosening the connections at the pump with pressure on can also let air out. Best of luck, Jim
