Austin, I got a brief look at a 154 this morning which is basicly like your 185. It has a gear driven pump rather than a belt driven pump so the slipping belt is not your problem. The pump is located on the left forward side of the engine. Since your hitch was working ok in warmer weather, I would suggest that you change your hydraulic filter, which is located just to the left of your seat, and also check the oil level and make sure it has Hi-Tran fluid in the rear end and not gear oil which would not pump when real cold. There are two level check plugs on the rear of the tractor. There may be another place you can check the level also but I did not see one in my brief look. Hopefully just the filter change will get you working. Harold H
