Hi Dave: I talked to a guy at the RPRU a couple weeks ago about his new paint job on 350 and he said the area on the side of hood is a decal. He also said the IHC "white" is correct for the grill. I think the decal on the side is right, if my older memory is right, but I think the brighter white is not right color. I drove that series when they were new and the bright white does not agree with my memory. It's more of an off white towards cream color. If you really want it straight from the IHC History books then go to the Wisconsin Historical archives for IHC Paint decisions back when they started the 230-350-450 series 1957. Maybe some one else has that WebSite saved... and can post it. Lots of good info in that website..
