Id offer you a set of cast centers and rims I have for an F-12, the rims are all painted and the centers are primed. Got all the wedges and brand new square head bolts to mount them. Problem is they are 40" rims and I don't have tires on them. Other thing is distance may be an issue, they are located little ways east of Milwaukee, WI.
