Yep! The owners manual calls for NON-detergent sae 30 for warm weather, sae 20 for cooler weather, and sae 10 for cold weather. Those recommendations were given because that was the BEST oil available at that time, and it will still serve the purpose today provided you have just that one tractor and one or two pieces of hydraulic equipped machinery that are not used with any other tractor.
If you need that M or H to be compatible with other tractors, or if you borrow or loan machinery that will be used with other tractors, then the universal hydraulic fluid is what you need.
