If the tractor hasn't been started in 2 years and/or has been sitting out in the weather, the water could simply be condensation, or rainwater being blown in through the exhaust pipe and into the crankcase. Of course, that would be an incredible amount of condensation to do something like that, and if the water is from the exhaust pipe, then there is a decent chance the motor is stuck. Check and see if the tractor has antifreeze in the coolant. Now check and see if there is antifreeze in the water from the crankcase. If there is antifreeze in both places, there is a leak somewhere. If not, the water is coming from outside.
